REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Waycel, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return and refund eligibility depends on the checkout method used.
SHOPIFY ORDERS (Standard Checkout)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return process:
- All returns must be approved before being sent
- To request a return, contact us at manager@waycel.com
Return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
Resolution options:
- Exchange (recommended)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
BUY WITH PRIME ORDERS
Orders placed using Buy with Prime are fulfilled and managed by Amazon.
- Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account
- Amazon’s return policies and timelines apply
- Refunds are processed by Amazon to your original payment method
Waycel does not control or process returns for Buy with Prime orders.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- For Shopify orders: contact us at manager@waycel.com
- For Buy with Prime orders: report the issue through your Amazon order page
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Show signs of use
- Are not in original condition
- Are returned without prior approval
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
