  • Standard Shopify orders may be fulfilled via Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment
  • Buy with Prime orders are processed, shipped, and managed by Amazon

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Fulfillment and delivery may be handled by third party providers
  • Delays caused by carriers or external factors may occur

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Shopify orders are handled directly by Waycel
  • Buy with Prime orders are subject to Amazon’s return policies

By purchasing, you agree to the applicable return process based on your checkout method.
